My sessions combine Fitness Pilates, Mat Pilates and PureStretch for a well-rounded, effective workout.

Using simple equipment like bands, balls, light weights and blocks these classes focus on improving balance, flexibility, strength, and posture.

Ideal for functional movement, helping you move more freely and comfortably in everyday life.

One-to-one or small group (2-4 people) sessions in the comfort of your own home. I come to you and bring all the equipment.

Each session is fully personalised to your needs, with flexible timings to suit your schedule.

Pilates is a powerful and effective exercise method originally developed nearly a century ago by gymnast Joseph Pilates to help rehabilitate injured dancers. Today, it’s widely recognised for its ability to strengthen the body, improve posture and enhance overall wellbeing.

What is Fitness Pilates?

Fitness Pilates takes these traditional principles and applies them to modern training. It views the body as a connected kinetic chain, helping to correct imbalances and improve the way your body moves and functions.

Through carefully designed exercises, Fitness Pilates works to:

  • Improve posture

  • Build strength and flexibility

  • Enhance balance and stability

  • Strengthen the back and core

  • Support everyday movement

  • Prevent Injury and Falls

Core Strength & Stability

At the heart of Pilates is core stability. This means strengthening the muscles that support your spine and learning how to move efficiently and safely.

You’ll focus on finding and maintaining a neutral spine position in a variety of movements—standing, lying face down (prone), and lying on your back (supine). Over time, this helps retrain your body and mind to work together more effectively.

PureStretch

PureStretch is a gentle, guided stretching class designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and help your body move more freely.

Using a combination of slow stretches, mobility work, and relaxation techniques, it focuses on lengthening tight muscles, improving posture, and reducing stiffness—especially from everyday activities like sitting or exercise.

It’s suitable for all levels and works perfectly alongside Pilates, helping you feel more relaxed, balanced, and mobile in your body.
